We act solely as an intermediary between you (the consumer) and third-party service providers. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any services performed by these independent contractors.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a service request.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use the Service to harass, abuse, solicit, or harm any individual or business.
• You understand that any agreement for services is between you and the independent service provider, not with USA Home Services.

3. No Guarantees

While we strive to connect you with qualified, licensed professionals, USA Home Services makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the service providers in our network.

We do not guarantee that:

• A service provider will be available in your area.
• The service provider will respond within a specific timeframe.
• The quality of work performed will meet your expectations.
• The pricing quoted by the service provider will be the lowest available.

Any disputes regarding service quality, pricing, warranties, or outcomes must be resolved directly between you and the service provider.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall USA Home Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any services obtained from or through third-party providers referred by the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to hold USA Home Services harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any services provided by third-party contractors.
